Youth4Values – Local activity on decision making processes at UNSA

On March 13th, 2025, a dynamic local activity was organized at the University of Sarajevo (UNSA) within the framework of the Youth4Values project. The workshop, titled Decision-Making Simulation, gathered young participants who had the opportunity to actively engage in decision-making processes through an interactive and educational simulation.

The workshop was led by Hena Šehović, an active young leader who previously participated in a training course held in Athens as part of the Youth4Values project. Drawing on her experience and knowledge gained during the training, Hena successfully facilitated a session that challenged participants to think critically, collaborate, and make strategic decisions in a simulated environment.

Throughout the simulation, participants were divided into groups and assigned roles, allowing them to experience real-life decision-making challenges. They worked together to analyze situations, weigh different options, and come to collective conclusions, all while learning about the importance of values, negotiation, and leadership in the decision-making process.

This local activity not only provided an opportunity for skill-building and peer learning but also contributed to the overall goal of the Youth4Values project—to empower young people to become active, responsible citizens who advocate for democratic values and inclusive societies.

We are proud of the enthusiasm and engagement shown by all participants and look forward to seeing more initiatives like this as part of the Youth4Values journey!
